LIU Li is a professor and Deputy Director at Center for Word-Class University at School of Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She obtained a Ph.D. degree in Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master's degree in Higher Education from Fudan University. She has been working as a visiting scholar in University of Toronto for more than one year. Her current research interests include research evaluation and higher education policies. She has published research findings extensively in both Chinese and English: Her books include Evaluating Research Talents at the" Double First-Class” Universities: From the Perspective of Researcher Identity in Four Subject Fields (in Chinese) ,The Exploration on the Internationalization of Social Sciences Research in China (in Chinese) , Building World-Class Universities for Chinese Dream (in Chinese). She has published dozens of research papers in Chinese and English journals such as Journal of Higher Education (in Chinese), Quality in Higher Education (in Chinese), Research in Education Tsinghua University (in Chinese), Fudan Education Forum (in Chinese) and Science of Science and Management (in Chinese), Information Science (in Chinese).
