Dr. Hai Min Dai is an Associate Professor in Education at the research centre for Future Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on human-AI interaction, educational psychology, and cross-cultural communication (digital). Dr. Dai has authored articles published in high-impact journals such as Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behavior, British Journal of Educational Technology, Interactive Learning Environments, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, and Higher Education. According to Scopus, her FWCI (Field-Weighted Citation Impact) score is 4.27, indicating that the citations her research received are 4.27 times higher than the average for that specific field of research globally. 
She has served as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator for twelve research projects funded by institutions in the UK, Australia, China, and Macao SAR.
