Dr. Haili Cui joined the School of Education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in July 2022. From 2020 to 2022, She was engaged in post doctoral research in the Graduate School of Education in Peking University, and was supported by the "Boya Postdoctoral Program". She obtained her doctor degree in East China Normal University in 2020. During this period, She visited the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for one year as a visiting scholar. Her research mainly focus on issues such as the reform of the new college entrance examination, the selection and training of top innovative talents, and teachers' social and emotional skills. During the post doctoral period, she presided over the National Youth Project of Education of the National Social Science Foundation of China, the general project of the China Post doctoral Science Foundation, and participated in the research work of the comprehensive reform and evaluation of college entrance examination in Beijing. During her doctorate period, She participated in the major project of the National Social Science Foundation for Education "Research on the Implementation Strategy of Academic Level Examination and Comprehensive Quality Evaluation to meet the requirements of the New College Entrance Examination Reform" and other projects, and the relevant achievements were published in the core journals such as Educational Research, Journal of East China Normal University (Education Science), Comparative Education Review.
