Professor LIU Niancai Attends IREG 2019 Conference

Prof. LIU Niancai attended the IREG 2019 conference, the annual conference of IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. The IREG 2019 conference was held from May 8 to 10 in the University of Bologna, Italy. Prof. LIU chaired the first session of the IREG 2019 conference titled “Impact of Rankings on Higher Education and Public Policy”.

IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence (http://ireg-observatory.org/en/) is an international non-profit association of ranking organizations, universities and other bodies interested in university rankings and academic excellence. Its purpose is strengthening the public awareness and understanding of various issues related to university rankings and academic excellence. It is registered in Brussels, Belgium.
