主要从事研究生教育领域的科研和教学工作。先后获得加拿大麦吉尔大学（McGill University）课程研究硕士和教育研究博士学位，曾在加拿大从事研究生教育领域的博士后研究。科研项目曾得到加拿大国家学术资助机构“加拿大社会科学与人文研究会（SSHRC）”以及“中国教育部人文社会科学青年基金”和“上海浦江人才”的资助。联合讲授的博士生必修课曾获得上海交通大学教学成果集体一等奖。在加拿大的研究工作可以参见https://www.mcgill.ca/doc-work/
