陈晶,美国俄亥俄州立大学教育心理学博士,硕士生导师。2021年入选上海市海外高层次引进人才。2020年获美国教育研究协会(AERA,Division E)优秀博士论文奖。
陈晶博士的研究以认知建构、学习动机和人际互动为视角,聚焦学校教育中的同伴互动对学生高阶认知和社会性发展的促进作用,如小组讨论中的认知交互、同伴关系与互动所构建的班级生态、班级管理与文化建设等。研究成果发表于Child Development、Contemporary Educational Psychology、Learning and Instruction、Early Childhood Research Quarterly、Exceptional Children、Scientific Studies of Reading 等教育与心理学领域高水平期刊。
主持国家自然科学青年基金项目、教育部人文社科青年基金项目。作为核心成员曾参与美国教育科学研究院(Institute of Education Sciences)和美国国家教育学会(National Academy of Education and Spencer Foundation)支持的多项研究。参与上海市学业质量“绿色指标”综合评价、上海市杨浦区创新素养评价、上海市嘉定区教育学院教育增值评价等项目。任Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology编委,并任其他多家SSCI期刊和国际学术会议审稿人。
