SOE Welcomed New Graduate Students

On September 20th, SOE hosted an orientation meeting for incoming students.

To kick off the meeting, CHEN Peng extended a warm welcome and heartfelt congratulations to the 2024 incoming students. In his report, he traced the history of SOE, highlighting its high-quality academic resources, exceptional faculty, the integration of a comprehensive university's strengths, the upcoming beautiful campus environment, and the vibrant college culture. He encouraged the students to become dedicated, passionate, and capable educators.

During the subsequent orientation session, the school provided a thorough explanation to help the new students adjust to their graduate life. Topics covered the curriculum, course selection guidelines, international exchange opportunities, dissertation writing, thesis evaluation and defense. Additionally, the school introduced its student work system and elaborated on reunion activities and student affairs.
